1. Copyright Ownership

2. User-Submitted Content

By submitting music, mixes, drops, or other media, you affirm that:

3. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

4. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@scmbossradio.com including:

• Identification of the material removed

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake

• Your consent to jurisdiction in the federal courts of the United States

• Your name, address, and signature

We may reinstate the content if we receive a valid counter-notification and no legal action is taken by the original complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who are found to repeatedly upload infringing content may have their access to SCM Boss Radio permanently revoked.
