Option 1: Become an Official SCM Boss Radio DJ
We’re seeking experienced DJs who understand Southern Soul culture and can deliver quality programming for grown listeners. Official SCM Boss Radio DJs represent the station on and off the air and contribute to the station’s sound and identity. Ideal candidates:
Have experience with Southern Soul, Blues, or R&B
Can provide clean, consistent audio quality
Respect station standards and programming guidelines
Are interested in a long-term relationship with the station
Option 2: Submit a Show or Mix for Rotation
Already have a show or mix you’d like featured on SCM Boss Radio? We accept show submissions for rotation consideration, including specialty programs and pre-recorded mixes that align with our sound. This option is ideal for DJs who:
Produce a weekly or recurring show
Want exposure on a Southern Soul platform
Prefer a non-exclusive or limited placement
